PUBLIC WORKSHOP #1 SUMMARY

The first Public Workshop was held on April 3, 2002. Over 900 individuals were mailed out invitations to participate. The meeting was also advertised in the Stuart News, a local newspaper. More than 110 people attended this first workshop. Conceptual, preliminary alignment alternatives, as discussed earlier in this document in Section 8.3, Initial Alternatives & Typical Sections, were presented.
